Eastman Community Music School students, enrolled both semesters 2016-2017, receive 10% off tuition.
University of Rochester employees may apply for a Dependent Children Tuition Waiver, receiving 25% off tuition if eligible.


Partial scholarships will be awarded based on merit. If you wish to apply for a scholarship, please submit a recording sample for audition purposes by April 1.

Payment Schedule

Upon acceptance, a $500 deposit is required. Full balance is due by June 1.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to the following deadlines and fees:
Cancellations prior to June 10th forfeit the nonrefundable application fee and deposit, and will receive a refund for the remaining balance.

Cancellations made between June 10-24 receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations after June 24th will not receive a refund except for a documented emergency.

No refunds will be offered for dismissal due to violation of University of Rochester, state, or federal rules; early departure due to homesickness; voluntary withdrawal; or following successful completion of the program.

When the circumstances necessitating the course withdrawal are beyond the student’s control (serious illness, or death in the student’s family, for example) exceptions to the above policy may be made on the recommendation of the Camp Director.

All programs are subject to cancellation for insufficient enrollment.
